To make your arrival as smooth and relaxing as possible, we’ll email you a link to our secure patient portal after you schedule your visit. Filling out your forms online ahead of time means you can settle in and relax the moment you arrive, instead of juggling a clipboard and pen. Keeping this information up-to-date at future visits also helps us ensure we’re always providing the safest, most personalized care for your health.

If you’re coming to see us for the first time due to a dental emergency, please know that our first and only priority is to get you out of pain. We’ll focus on addressing your immediate concern, making you comfortable, and then we can take care of the introductions.

With your paperwork out of the way, all that’s left to bring is your questions and goals, and we’ll take care of the rest. Our entire team here at Desoto Family Dentistry is genuinely excited to meet you!

Tips for making your first visit smooth and successful:

Schedule your appointment with us by requesting it online or giving us a call.
Bring your insurance card with you, if you have one. If you’re not insured, you might be interested in our New Patient Special.
Look for a link to our new patient forms in your confirmation email. Filling them out beforehand saves you precious time! You can also download and fill it out from here.
When you arrive, please come say hi to our friendly team at the front desk to check in.

IMPORTANT: All patients under the age of 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during their visit.

Insurance & Payment

Having a Healthy Smile, Now is Possible!

You shouldn’t have to weigh insurance coverage or climb financial obstacles in order to obtain premium dental health care. It is to your advantage that you are able to reserve an appointment for service right away.

We accept all major credit cards, ATM cards, cash, and personal checks. For our patients’ convenience, we have arranged a payment plan through a third party, CareCredit®, and in-office financing if approved, which helps our patients receive their treatment in a timely manner.
